Adult Relationship
Therapy
People access relational therapy for many reasons, from working through an infidelity, to pre-marriage counselling, to managing separations, to difficulty with friendships and work colleagues. In the simplest terms, relational therapy helps folks who feel “stuck” in the same patterns of conflict.
“Couples Therapy” is a limiting phrase that the therapeutic world uses for helping adults relationally. Virtual and in person sessions are available to members of all of the various forms of adult relationships.

Family Therapy
Family therapy is often used as a grounding resource during times of change in families such as divorce or bereavement.
Sometimes parents and caregivers access family therapy in hopes of “fixing” what is perceived to be problematic behaviours of the children in their care. Typically these behaviours are symptoms of a family system that needs help. Family therapy works best when adults participate fully and intentionally.
Sessions available in person and online to adults and children ages 12+.

Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a courageous step to take at any point in your healing journey. It provides us with a unique opportunity to “zoom out” and get a view of what is and is not working for you. Then we can focus on determining the “why”and make real lasting adjustments.
I seek to empower individuals interested in change. They may notice that they are repeating the same relational patterns, that their grief feels “stuck”, that they’re struggling in their coping with trauma, or that they’re simply feeling demotivated and are uncertain as to why. Virtual, in person and “walk and talk” sessions are available to all individuals.
